Convenient location, close to city center and quiet. Good restaurant downstairs. Clean room with efficient AC. All necessary amenities provided. Short walk to the beach, with a quieter option nearby. Definitely recommended!

it was perfect in general: immaculate room, brilliant location adjacent to the ferry boat marina, old town and bars. staff was amicable, and i liked the host. appreciated the early check-in too. it had a private bathroom. everything was neat, met needs.

Overall, it’s wonderful base for exploring Split tourist places. Staff is amiable and absolutely perfect;)))

We had a fantastic stay just off the city center, close to the old town and the beach.

we stayed 3 nights here, though it was a comfortable experience. hosts were excellent, even gave us room in your picture. the property was in the centre of split which was absolutely perfect and magnificent.

It can get noisy in the evening due to the bar downstairs, so not ideal for early birds. Some confusion with the room size and people mistakenly ringing the doorbell late at night.

The staff was helpful and flexible, allowing us to check out later. Free parking spaces were available in the street, although sometimes it was a bit challenging to find one.

annie's stone studio & room exceeded our expectations during our recent stay in split. the central location was just the right distance from the crowd, and the host, damira, provided excellent advice for our visit and restaurant recommendations. the amenities were amazing, with everything we needed for a great stay. the apartment was beautifully decorated and close to the center of split, making it easy to access all the sights and restaurants.

I gotta say, I got a great bang for my buck at this place. The room was clean, modern, and had all the little touches that made it cozy and comfortable. Plus, it was in a convenient location, just a short walk away from the palace and the ferry port. And let me tell you, the staff at this hotel were the tops. When my partner got sick, they went above and beyond to help us out. Big thanks to Damira for being so helpful!

This hidden gem of a place is in a perfect location, just outside the center and very close to city center. The room was small but clean, with a nice bathroom. The AC worked well and there were all the necessary facilities. The beach was just a short walk away, with clean water and fewer people compared to other beaches.

One downside was the noise from a nearby shisha bar, but it was manageable once the windows were closed.

As a traveler visiting Split for a few days, I had a wonderful stay at Annie's. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was well-appointed. I was pleasantly surprised to find a pod coffee maker in the room, along with a mini-fridge. The host was responsive and even provided corrected map instructions, ensuring that our travel and check-in went smoothly. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and a quiet atmosphere. The nearby restaurant offered delicious food at a fair price. The room was clean, with functioning AC and all the amenities we needed. Additionally, the beach was just a short walk away, with cleaner water and fewer crowds further along at žnjan beach. a 10/10 experience that I would definitely revisit!
